Universality of minimal length

چکیده
We present an argument reinterpreting the generalized uncertainty principle (GUP) and its associated minimal length as effective variation of Planck constant ($\hbar$), complementing Dirac's large number hypothesis varying $G$. argue that charge radii (i.e. a scattering process) hadrons/nuclei along with their corresponding masses support existence $\hbar$. This suggests universality in measurement process. Varying $\hbar$ $G$ explains necessity Von Neumann entropy correction Bekenstein-Hawking entropy-area law. Lastly, we suggest value derived from various elements may be related to epoch creation via nucleosynthesis.
